-significant other getting on your nerves… workout
-car broke down… workout
-patients coding every week… workout
-kids complaining… workout
-don’t know what to cook for dinner… workout

Life is inevitable. We cannot avoid the things that life throws us. But we can take the bull by the horn and get the job done. And to get the job done is a little easier when you’ve found your strength for the day. So it doesn’t matter the obstacle put in place today, overcome it and get yourself to a workout. And most importantly it’s simple… never miss a Monday.
