Okay so this statement is literal. I broke my foot last week so I am officially boot life for a while. 

BUT! I cannot allow myself to get stagnant and lose the momentum I have going with working out. So I am now focusing primarily on my arms and abs especially. Just as I stated no excuses before there are no excuses now. In football the boys never get to control their injuries. When they happen they either play through them or rehab until they are better. So I plan to “play” through this injury and work out what I can with no breaks. Keep that motivation going guys!
